Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Define the project scope and prepare an initial implementation plan.
・Evaluate the team's or partners' capacity to execute the project; guide and review execution plans to ensure alignment with objectives.
・Coordinate effectively across internal departments to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
・Monitor the progress of the project; identify delays or issues early and coordinate with related parties to resolve them.
・Support project completion on time, within budget, and with high quality.
・Proactively report project progress to the Board of Directors through regular reports, meetings, and emails.
・Manage external consultants: ensure effective communication and collaboration with the project team, and that information and deliverables are timely.
・Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Project or Construction Management, or related field
・Language: English - Business Level, specializing in Construction.
・Experience: At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
・Basic Microsoft Office skills.
・Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
・Strong Project Management skills, knowledge, and experience working with foreign companies.
・Extensive experience working with contractors.
・Experience in construction for Residential, High-rise buildings, and Commercial projects.
