Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Process Definition & Improvement:
- Support the creation, documentation, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and work instructions.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Process Monitoring & Audit Compliance
- Plan, perform, and document internal audits to evaluate compliance with defined processes.
- Monitor and assess process adherence across projects and departments.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure that projects are operating in compliance with organizational standards
- Identify non-compliances and support corrective/preventive action (CAPA) efforts.
3. Metrics & Reporting:
- Collect and analyze process and quality metrics.
- Generate regular reports for leadership to support quality and performance tracking.
4. Training & Coaching:
- Provide training and guidance to teams on QA processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
5. Audit & Certification Support:
- Support external audits and certification processes (e.g., ISO 9001, CMMI, ASPICE).
- Ensure audit readiness across departments and maintain audit documentation
6 . Non-Essential Job Responsibilities
- Tool Administration Support: Proficient in using quality-related tools (e.g., Jira library, Redmine, SharePoint as needed. (Non-Essential Job Responsibilities)
- Team Collaboration Activities: Participate in cross-functional workshops and team-building
exercises not directly tied to quality responsibilities.
- Special Projects: Contribute to ad-hoc improvement initiatives or internal projects outside the core QA function, such as CSR events or innovation pilots.
- Knowledge Sharing: Present learnings, updates, or process changes during internal meetings or community of practice forums
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, Information
A degree in a related field is required
・Age: 27 - 35
・Language: English at Basic level
・Experience: at least 3–5 years of relevant work experience in Process Quality Assurance, Software Quality Assurance, or Process Improvement roles.
• Hands-on experience working with quality standards or models such as: ISO 9001, CMMI
(Capability Maturity Model Integration), ASPICE
• Proven experience in:
- Conducting internal audits
- Driving process compliance initiatives
- Working in cross-functional teams within software development, engineering, or regulated environments
<Skill / Experience> :
• Strong understanding of QMS and Process Improvement Methodologies
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models: Waterfall, Agile, DevOps
• Knowledge of audit techniques and experience conducting internal quality audit
