<Job Responsibilities> - Creating and updating a Database of Customers/ Vendors / Material codes, etc. - Creating Trading contracts and inputting them into the system - Making a sales Contract based on the Offer sheet - Receiving Shipment Schedule Advice - Shipping docs for the Export customs declaration. - Customer's PO management/ Balance Stock/Sales Record following - Communication with customers on L/C opening and amending status - Communication with overseas and Korean PIC with cargo status - AP management and payment arrangement for all vendors - Supporting the sales force with other general operations to help reach the team’s objectives. - Other related job requirements
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Korean - Business Level (From TOPIK 4 or above) ・Experience: + Have from 2 to 3 years of experience in the Logistics field + Open for Fresher candidates with a background in Economics ・Others: - Skills: well-versed in MOS, with experience in ERP systems. - Personality: detail-oriented, high organizational skills, and ability to manage a number of transactions at the same time and prioritize their own workload
