<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist the Director in daily operations and strategic planning.
- Observe the customer's demands/requests, and share the obtained information/ your ideas among the team.
- In order to achieve the profitable business for both customers and the company, it is essential to understand the importance of working as a team, not only within the department but also including the factory (such as Production, QC, etc).
- Willingness and desire to understand and know our own items is necessary.
- Also, it is necessary to have a sense of cost/profit, understand the demand/supply of the coffee industry.
Improving teamwork is essential. Inspire colleagues to find better solutions and share ideas with the team before disclosing them to others.
- Good communication skills are required, such as being a good listener, the ability to summarize the topic, the ability to speak logically, clarify the issues, etc.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education background: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, etc
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 3 experience as a Supply Chain/ Logistics Manager
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Can use Japanese
