Job Description
Report directly to Vietnamese Manager
- Recruit new employees to meet company requirement, or
- Develop human resources by implementing suitable training system, or
- Operate company system of compensation and benefit, or
- Control the OHS system of company, or
- Do other administration services, such as immigration procedures, risk assessment system, labor registration with government, etc.
- Other assignments will be discussed in more detail later
Essential Requirements:
- University Degree
- Fresh is accepted who is interested in and want to develop in HR & GA position
- Japanese: N3
- English: Conversational
- Under 30
Preferable Requirements:
- At least one year working experience in the same position in any industry
- Female is Preferable.
