<Job Responsibilities>
- In charge of the work related to recruiting workers and staff.
- Perform timekeeping, shift working, and register monthly overtime.
- Enter personal information on HR software and store records and employment contracts.
- Train new employees on company regulations and policies.
- Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree, major in Human Resources or Japanese
・Language: Japanese - Conversational (JLPT N3)
・Experience: From 1 to 2 years of experience as an HR Staff
・Others:
- Good at the office computer, excel, math.
- Be careful and timely at work.
- Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
