Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
Management and centralization of licensing contract information
- Organize basic license contract data, report submission status, payment management, etc.
- Collect updates and manage records by coordinating with internal stakeholders
Initial response and coordination regarding counterfeit products and rights infringement
- Establish internal information collection and reporting systems
- Discuss and coordinate response policies with external legal counsel
- Compile initial response documents such as notification letters
Drafting and support for contract document preparation and adjustments
- Prepare first drafts of basic agreements, NDAs, etc.
- Create draft versions as a base for external counsel review
- Coordinate with internal approval processes
General Affairs duties
- Office management tasks
- Support for internal events, HR, and accounting departments
- Other duties assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English at Business Level
・Experience: General Affairs handling legal tasks (contract and document management, liaison with law firms) or experience as a legal officer (approximately 4+ years)
・Skill:
- Basic understanding of contracts and business documents
- Strong skills in information organization and task management
- Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external parties
・Other:

- Experience in the licensing business
- Experience related to films, anime, or character goods
