Job Description
<Job summary>
- In line with strengthening the on-site operations that support the Partner company's distribution business, this role will be responsible for standardizing and enhancing the operational capabilities of recruitment, HR systems, and general affairs functions.
- The aim is to centralize HR and general affairs tasks that were previously handled individually by each branch. - - Furthermore, in the future, you will also be expected to manage the overall general affairs and HR for the entire Vietnam Group.
<Job Responsibilities>
・Planning and execution of recruitment activities for the entire group (from on-site operators to management staff).
・Building and operating attendance management and performance appraisal systems.
・Labor management (contract management, work rules, social insurance-related matters).
・Welfare, safety & health, and employee relations support.
・Standardizing HR/ADMIN rules across branches and strengthening governance.
・General affairs operations for office and warehouse facilities (equipment, supplies, document management, etc.).
・Reporting and JP Directors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Japanese - Business Level
・Experience:
- More than 5 years of practical experience in one of the following areas: corporate internal control, internal audit, general affairs/HR, or risk management.
- Experience in building and improving business processes or workflows.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
・Business proficiency in English
・Experience in control and auditing across multiple locations and entities.
・Experience in business management within the manufacturing, wholesale, or logistics industries.
・Understanding of ERP or business management systems (e.g., FAST).
