- Handle timekeeping and manage employee leave
- Carry out recruitment-related tasks
- Prepare and renew labor contracts and supplier contracts
- Manage, order, and distribute office supplies and uniforms
- Support tasks such as meal ordering, guest reception, vehicle monitoring, security coordination, contractor communication, medical support, and water delivery
- Take charge of other general affairs tasks to support the development of the department
Job Requirement
< Necessary requirements>
・Education: University graduate
・Language: English - Conversational Level
・Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in Administrative/ HR/ General Affairs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good understanding of the Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, and Employment Law
<Preferred Skills>
- Experience working for a manufacturing company
- Based in Binh Duong or willing to relocate to Binh Duong
