Work Time:
-Monday-Friday (9:00~18:00)
-Saturday (9:00~12:00)
Salary Range: Gross 300-500 USD per month
Allowance(s): Japanese language ability (N3=VND 1,090,000 / N2=VND 2,180,000) / 2-year study abroad in Japan (VND 2,180,000) / Duties (VND 2,180,000)
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Attractive reward system includes bonus based on annual revenue and bonus based on individual performance (at least 2,5-month bonus)

JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Manager and Vietnamese Senior Staff
Main Tasks:
-Provide general documents and general support to visitors
-Maintain and manage office supplies, equipment, property, etc.
-Arrange business trip for employees including visa support, request payment for business trip allowance
-Details will be shared in the interview

Must:
-Gender: Any

-Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
-Language Skills:Japanese business level
-Strong communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills (both analytical and problem solving)
-Ability to work with confidential documents
-Good teamwork and customer service skills
-Earnest and sincere attitude
-Prior working experience as GA will be preferred
