Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Track timekeeping, track leaves, calculate salary
- Manage personnel records, manage probationary contracts, labor contracts, re-sign labor contracts
- Handle resignation procedures for employees properly
- Monitor and declare increases and decreases in social insurance for employees
- Be in charge of administrative tasks when they arise
- Other tasks as requested by superiors
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 1 year of working experience as an HR in any industry
