Job Description

1. Human resources operations
- Managing employees' entry/exit to the factory
- Performing and supervising operations related to Timekeeping Management, salary/bonus calculation, social insurance/health insurance/unemployment insurance
- Operations related to tax code registration, PIT settlement, PIT payment for Vietnamese and foreigners
- Designing, drafting proposals and implementing labor regulations, collective labor agreements, personnel regimes, welfare regimes for employees, drafting procedures and regulations in accordance with changes in the law.
- Managing and operating the skill assessment system, personnel assessment
- Recruitment operations (Selecting recruitment channels/recruitment methods, negotiating with job placement companies, drafting recruitment notices, managing recruitment, managing joining the Company)
- Developing a company-wide training system, managing internal and external training operations (specialized training industry, training by level, compliance training, information management training)
- Operate, support the management of occupational health and safety management systems (ISO45001, other operations...), perform the tasks of the safety committee
- Prepare periodic labor reports, occupational accident reports, occupational safety and hygiene reports, environmental reports... to send to superiors and departments
- Apply for visas, work permits, temporary residence cards for foreigners
2. Administrative tasks:
- Check the legality of contracts, manage documents (Content of contracts, translate contracts into Japanese-English, archive contracts), manage stamps
- Operations related to Insurance: Travel insurance, fire insurance, property insurance, accident insurance...
- Organize events for the Company
- Understand the requirements of ISO 9001, IS014001, ISO 45001, EHS standards (environment, fire prevention, occupational safety and hygiene)
- Support related operations to obtain ISO 9001, IS014001, ISO 45001 certification and activities to maintain certification
- Update and promote compliance with legal requirements such as labor law, occupational safety and hygiene law, environmental law, fire prevention law, immigration law, enterprise law, civil law... Assess the level of compliance and implementation for relevant people
- Carry out procedures to change the content of investment certificates, enterprise certificates (IRC/ERC)
- Carry out regular administrative operations
- Manage the reception of group experts on business trips (air tickets, hotel reservations) and instruct/guide relevant persons in charge
3. Translate and interpret documents in Japanese and English
4. Other operations as assigned and arranged by superiors

Job Requirement

<Required Experience>
- Education: College degree or higher
- Gender: any
- Age: 32-41
- Foreign language: Japanese or English: business level
- Experience:
+ At least 08 years of experience in recruitment, training, timekeeping, salary calculation.
+ At least 05 years of experience in personal income tax settlement for Vietnamese people and 03 years in personal income tax settlement for foreigners.
+ Ability to develop internal regulations, regulations, standards, and work instructions related to human resource administration
+ Have good planning skills (including estimates and actual), time management, and work progress management
+ Understand the laws related to human resource management (labor law, labor safety and hygiene law, trade union law, enterprise law, immigration law and related decrees, circulars, and instructions

<Skills>:
- Proficiency in Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point...
- Proficient in basic Excel skills. Able to create various types of report data using Excel (Pivot Table, column chart, broken line chart...)

<Priority>:
- Candidates from Vinh Phuc or Soc Son, self-sufficient to go to work by motorbike (The company does not have a car parking lot for employees)
- Experience in building processes, forms, and records of the ISO9001, ISO14001,45001 system
- Experience as a Leader/Team Leader
- Experience in setting up and maintaining human resource management/payroll software
- Candidates with experience in the field education and training of human resources
- Can proactively teach basic skills such as Teamwork skills, Problem solving skills, Business management skills (Plan management, Time management, Cost management), Use of IT tools, Excel... for employees in the Company
- Candidates with basic knowledge of environmental protection law, fire prevention and fighting law... is an advantage
- Understanding of the toxicity and danger of chemicals is an advantage
