<Number of employees : Total : 55 Local : 53 Japanese : 2 > <Report Line : Vietnamese manager > <Team Member: 1 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons > <Products: Processing and sales of stainless steel > <Clients: Mainly Japanese Manufacturers such as semiconductors > <Saturday Working: Every Saturday on the company calendar, but actually every other Saturday are off > <Job Responsibilities> Be responsible for mainly accounting and some general affairs - Manage general accounting, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Fixed assets etc. - Support month end closing tasks - Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. - Coordinate with outsourcing company to complete necessary tasks within company - Other assigned task by JP MD - Handle payroll arrangement (salary, tax, social insurance) - Manage employee attendance - Manage import and export procedures
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of working experience as accounting staff in Manufacturer - Be able to go to the company directly (No company bus) - Age: 24 - 35 - Gender: Any <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Japanese conversational level - Having a Certificate of Chief Accountant - Female - Working experience in EPE (Export Processing Enterprise) <Schedule> - Only 1 round - CVs screening is up to 3 days - Interviewer can have an interview except for 07/07 to 14/07 - Interview will be processed if suitable candidates available, no fixed date - They want to hire ASAP
