<Job Summary>
• Responsible for tax audit preparation
• Other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Tax audit preparation:
• Prepare VAS accounting book package:
o Reconciliation with FS VAS
o Refill information for all GL VAS (Adding description, translation)
o Prepare the VAS accounting book package
• Gather reports/documents/data:
o VAT report, list of input & output VAT invoices & check with hard/soft invoices
o FCT report (month) & check with payment docs
o CIT report & adjustment (if any) (yearly)
o Detail of Assets & Depreciation reports & rework under VAS format
o Detail of Provision/Accrual/Prepaid & check balance with FS
o Reconciliation of taxes
o Stock in-out report
o Purchase & sales report
o Rebate calculation files
o Hard/soft copy of contract (purchase, Disty /ASP/CSP)
o Hard copy invoices (input & output)
o Other requirements of tax audit.
• Report:
o Tracking & follow-up task list to complete.
o Report to the finance manager on the progress
o Other related reports for tax audit preparation
2. Others:
• Other tasks assigned by the Finance manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience:
• At least 4 years of working experience in tax/ accounting/ audit
• Must have experience in tax audit preparation and execution with tax officers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably with experience in SAP
