Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
ACCOUNTING:
・Supporting accounting tasks (Internal accounting, tax accounting, related to FAST accounting software)
・Tax reports: VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT
・Quarterly Report to Japan
・Arrange and store paper documents scientifically
・Instruct other departments to follow the rules of Accounting
・Check and preview the Financial Report monthly
・Directly work with Tax Authorities and Auditors when required
・Another task assigned by the manager
HR and ADMIN:
・Prepare the Labor Contract of Employees
・Declare Social Insurance
・Salary calculation
・Report employee leave records
・Drafting a job description (if any)
・Support to prepare the Labor Regulation
・Reviewing contracts and renewal terms
・Preparing onboarding documents
・Booking and managing stationery
・Another task assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Female preferred
・Age: 27 - 33 years old
・HAVE Chief Accountant certificate
・Language:
- English: Intermediate Level
OR
- Japanese Business Level (equivalent to N2)
・Experience:
- At least 3 years of accounting experience in one company
- More than 4 years of working experience as an accountant
- Have working experience related to chief accountant tasks and HR&GA task
・Be able to work for a long time
・Personality: Must be able to follow instructions and communicate well with other co-workers
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having experience working at a Japanese Company
・Cooperation and independence
