Air & Sea Freight Sales Assist Manager to Dept Manager (75K–130K) (SDG-59767) <Job Responsibilities> - Manage the tender team in delivering the documents as per the requirement at the required time in both hard and soft copy formats. All the document transmittals need to be collated and coordinated. - Manage all incoming tender technical queries and clarifications during the tender period, also participate in any tender technical clarification meetings. - Manage any documentation requirement for addendums that are due to omissions from the tender or from owner requirements. - Clarify bid conditions and manage all tender preparation. - Coordinate within each internal department to gather all information required in tender submission. - Review all customer requirements to ensure that they are met in the proposal and collaborate with a wide variety of involved parties to include all necessary information within the proposals. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male/ Female 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 8 years of Freight Forwarding Sales experiences - 4 years experience as Manager level with ability to motivate, management large amount of Sales subordinates (at least 50) - Experience both of Sea & Air Freight - Strong experience of seeking new potential clients - Fluent in English, both of written and spoken. - Own car and driving license is a must. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint). - Active person with good sales personality. - Strong negotiation, decision problem solving and interpersonal skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to start working immediately - Holding TOEIC score Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Ratchadapisek,Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-18:00(Monday - Friday (Sat: None)) About the Benefits Salary: 75,000–130,000THB About the company Products: Air cargo transportation, Marine cargo transportation, Logistics, Cross-border truck, Customs clearance business, Packaging, Facility・Machine transportation Business Type: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing;
