<Job Responsibilities>
Lead Sales both maintain good relation with existing client & seeking for new potential clients
- Sales action particularly seeking for new customers to achieve sales target
- Coordinate invoicing and bill payment as necessary to get full payment from customers and ensure good collection performance
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction delivery date, product & service quality under company's current resources
- Strictly implement sales approach, offer and pricing policy
- Develop and grows up the sales with potential customers/prospects/projects effectively
- Lead sales action with technical sales approach to customers
- Address customers' problems on-site or seek technical support for efficient and effective problem solving
- Share market information and competitor movement and feedback to industrial team
- Coordinate with production to make a smooth support to customers
- Provide good level of service and coordination to customers
- Prepare appropriate customer visit reports and other reports
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 38-45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 4 years of working experience as Sales (working background from Automotive industry is required)
- Business Level of Japanese Language both of verbal and written (At least JLPT N3 is required)
- Good command of English Language (Email, report, contact with oversea client)
- Management experience with subordinates
- Convenient to commute as daily to company
- Comfort to visit clients outside (Company car with driver is provided)
- MS Office (especially Excel, Powerpoint)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Holding JLPT N2 or N1
- Immediately join

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
การขายลูกค้าเป้าหมายทั้งรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าที่มีอยู่และการมองหาลูกค้าใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพ
- การดำเนินการขายโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการแสวงหาลูกค้าใหม่เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
- ประสานงานการออกใบแจ้งหนี้และการจ่ายบิลตามความจำเป็นเพื่อให้ได้รับการชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนจากลูกค้าและมั่นใจได้ถึงประสิทธิภาพการเก็บเงินที่ดี
- ตรวจสอบวันที่ส่งมอบความพึงพอใจสูงสุดของลูกค้าคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการภายใต้ทรัพยากรปัจจุบันของ บริษัท
- ใช้แนวทางการขายข้อเสนอและนโยบายการกำหนดราคาอย่างเคร่งครัด
- พัฒนาและขยายยอดขายกับผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้า / กลุ่มเป้าหมาย / โครงการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- นำการดำเนินการขายด้วยวิธีการขายทางเทคนิคให้กับลูกค้า
- จัดการปัญหาของลูกค้าในสถานที่หรือขอการสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคเพื่อการแก้ปัญหาที่มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
- แบ่งปันข้อมูลการตลาดและการเคลื่อนไหวของคู่แข่งและข้อเสนอแนะให้กับทีมอุตสาหกรรม
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อให้การสนับสนุนลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ให้บริการและประสานงานกับลูกค้าในระดับที่ดี
- จัดทำรายงานการเยี่ยมลูกค้าและรายงานอื่น ๆ ที่เหมาะสม
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 38-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการขายอย่างน้อย 4 ปี (จำเป็นต้องมีพื้นฐานการทำงานจากอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์)
- ระดับธุรกิจของภาษาญี่ปุ่นทั้งภาษาพูดและการเขียน (อย่างน้อยต้องมี JLPT N3)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (อีเมลรายงานติดต่อกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงานกับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- สะดวกในการเดินทางไป บริษัท ทุกวัน
- ความสะดวกสบายในการเยี่ยมลูกค้าภายนอก (มีรถของ บริษัท พร้อมคนขับให้)
- MS Office (โดยเฉพาะ Excel, Powerpoint)
