Auction Manager (Automotive and Used car business) (60K–72K) (SDG-58109) ผู้จัดการประมูล (ธุรกิจยานยนต์และรถยนต์ใช้แล้ว) <Job Responsibilities> - Manage and develop auction operation in Bangkok and UpCountry - Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements - Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives - Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customer in a timely manner - Serve as the link of communication between customer and internal teams - Analyze auction result and prepare weekly report to General Manager - Manage, maintain and develop staff by recruiting, selecting, orientation and training employees <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male/ Female 35-40 years old - Bachelor’s degree - More than 7 years of working experiences in Auction of automotive/used car business - Passion in Automotive and new technologies - Passion in working with new setup business - Good command of verbal and written English (to mainly use in documents and sometimes communicate with JP Manager) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have existing relationship with brokers and leasing companies Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk / BTS Bangna, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Saturday (Off on Sunday)) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–72,500THB About the company Products: -Automotive , Vehicle Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts;

ผู้จัดการการประมูล (ธุรกิจยานยนต์และรถยนต์ใช้แล้ว) (60K – 72K) (SDG-58109) ผู้จัดการประมูล (ธุรกิจยานยนต์และรถยนต์ใช้แล้ว) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - จัดการและพัฒนาการประมูลในเขตกรุงเทพฯและต่างจังหวัด - ทำความเข้าใจอย่างถ่องแท้เกี่ยวกับความต้องการและข้อกำหนดของลูกค้าที่สำคัญ - ขยายความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าปัจจุบันด้วยการนำเสนอโซลูชั่นที่ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ของลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง - ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่ถูกต้องให้กับลูกค้าอย่างทันท่วงที - ทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวเชื่อมการสื่อสารระหว่างลูกค้าและทีมงานภายใน - วิเคราะห์ผลการประมูลและจัดทำรายงานประจำสัปดาห์ต่อผู้จัดการทั่วไป - จัดการบำรุงรักษาและพัฒนาพนักงานโดยการสรรหาคัดเลือกปฐมนิเทศและฝึกอบรมพนักงาน <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 35-40 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - ประสบการณ์ทำงานมากกว่า 7 ปีในธุรกิจประมูลยานยนต์ / รถยนต์มือสอง - หลงใหลในยานยนต์และเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ - หลงใหลในการทำงานกับธุรกิจการตั้งค่าใหม่ - สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษด้วยวาจาและการเขียนได้ดี (ส่วนใหญ่ใช้ในเอกสารและบางครั้งสื่อสารกับ JP Manager) <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีความสัมพันธ์กับนายหน้าและ บริษัท ลีสซิ่ง ทักษะภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS อุดมสุข / BTS บางนา, กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ: 8: 00-17: 00 น.
