Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Maintaining the existing sales volume with current customers including keep updating sales forecast through Mail/QAD/EDI or Customer portal website.
- Preparing reports for all relevant export and Domestic shipments.
- Participating, liaising, negotiating and coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping companies and suppliers, and, effectively troubleshooting any issues that may arise in international transportation.
- Liaising with various government parties e.g. Customs, Free Zone, BOI, the Department of Foreign Trade, etc. regarding any related issues such as Form D and Form E.
- Answering customer enquiries including those relating to prices quotations, samples requests, and payment and shipment terms.
- Controlling the process of international trade; shipping, transportation,
- Receive bill of lading and verifying against packing slip and purchase orders
- Prepare documents: invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and other documents related to shipping
- Track shipment and make sure all shipments are smoothly with not delay.
- Ensures proper documentation, including transit documents and customs clearances, exists for shipments
- Ensures documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carriers, forwarders, customers and agents in timely manners
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female age 30 – 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years working experience as Export Sales or Import & Export, if have direct experienced in automotive /auto parts industry
- Must communicate in English writing email and speaking when they have the meeting with oversea team and flexible hour meeting due to time zone (US, Russia, China and India)
- Knowledge of Custom Clearance
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in SAP ,QAD MFG PRO or any ERP system or familiar to download forecast or communicate through customer web site is an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure or flexible working time (Most customer Located in Europe ,Russia ,USA , China and India ,etc.)
- Able to work independently, as part of the team, able to handle numerous details and interactions with customers, team members, suppliers each day.

- การควบคุมกระบวนการค้าระหว่างประเทศ การขนส่งการขนส่ง
- รับใบเบิกและตรวจสอบกับใบส่งของและใบสั่งซื้อ
- จัดเตรียมเอกสาร: ใบกำกับสินค้ารายการบรรจุใบเบิกและเอกสารอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่งสินค้า
- ติดตามการจัดส่งและตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการจัดส่งทั้งหมดเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นโดยไม่ล่าช้า
