Duties & Responsibilities:
-Visit clients regularly and build up good relationship with new(60%)/existing(40%) clients especially by approaching authorized person
-Driven subordinates to hit sales target by making effective sales strategy and keep good relationship with key person of client
-Get requirement from client and negotiate with both production team and client to deliver products which meets client’s expectation
-Negotiate price, amount and schedule in order to enhance sales amount
-Make quotation, control delivery date and respond any requirements from client
-Make sales forecast and plan budget of the sales team
-Manage daily sales activity of subordinates to achieve sales team target
-Make monthly and yearly sales plan and set target of sales team
-Coordinate with client and internal related department to deliver products as client expects
-Train sales staff to be more professional and let them work with high efficiency
-Develop new clients in the future


Necessary Skill / Experience
-Age 25-40 years
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Male prefer
-At least 2 years’ sales experience in automotive parts manufacturer
-Working experience in Japanese company
-Conversational high level of Japanese (N2)
-Conversational middle level of English and able to negotiate with the client in English
-Able to make sales strategy, do negotiation, manage tasks by themselves
-Not Job Hopper
-Good Excel and Word skill
-Able to do business trip

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
-เยี่ยมเยียนลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าใหม่ (60%) / ลูกค้าปัจจุบัน (40%) โดยเฉพาะโดยการติดต่อผู้มีอำนาจ
-ผลักดันผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายโดยสร้างกลยุทธ์การขายที่มีประสิทธิภาพและรักษาสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับลูกค้าคนสำคัญ
-รับความต้องการจากลูกค้าและเจรจากับทั้งฝ่ายผลิตและลูกค้าเพื่อส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ตรงตามความคาดหวังของลูกค้า
-เจรจาราคาจำนวนและกำหนดเวลาเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขาย
-ทำใบเสนอราคาควบคุมวันที่ส่งมอบและตอบสนองความต้องการใด ๆ จากลูกค้า
-ทำการพยากรณ์การขายและวางแผนงบประมาณของทีมขาย
-จัดการกิจกรรมการขายประจำวันของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของทีมขาย
-จัดทำแผนการขายรายเดือนและรายปีและกำหนดเป้าหมายของทีมขาย
-ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในเพื่อส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ
-อบรมพนักงานขายให้มีความเป็นมืออาชีพมากขึ้นและให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
-พัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่ในอนาคต


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 25-40 ปี
-ปริญญาตรี
-เพศชายจะดีกว่า
-ประสบการณ์การขายอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์
-ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
-ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนา (N2)
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาและสามารถเจรจากับลูกค้าเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
-สามารถสร้างกลยุทธ์การขายเจรจาต่อรองจัดการงานด้วยตนเอง
-ไม่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย
-มีทักษะ Excel และ Word ที่ดี
-สามารถเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจได้
