Warehouse Management Manager (New business dept.) (Japanese Speaking) (60K-70K) (SDG-52080) <Job Responsibilities> Taking care of overall warehouse management by strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services Oversee of Import document such as Invoice, packing list, CO Form A,E,D, B/L, LC with ship liner Check order receiving, control the shipment schedule Negotiate transportation and handling cost as well as space and equipment availability for air/sea/land freight operations with truckers, shipping lines Follow up closely with agents and shipping lines to ensure that pricing is provided on time Cooperate with internal department about production planning, packaging plan and control the dispatching department for loading cargo as order requirement Issue PO, all payment such as advance / balance payment / import tax / shipping expense / freight forwarder for freight charge and truck/trailer expense Recheck all import documents (Invoice, Packing list, C/O form A,D,E,BL,LC or other) Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, 35-50 years old Bachelor's degree in any fields 8-10 years’ experience in warehouse management or any related to logistic field Good knowledge in import and export process Good command of English (written and spoken) Good command of Japanese (N2 up) Computer skill : word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft office <Preferable Skill / Experience> Good negotiation and communication skill Good analytical, problem solving skill Good team player and be able to work independently and proactively Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: Conversational Level Workplace Area: BTS Samrong, Bangkok Working Hour: 7:30-16:30 (Mon-Fri (1 sat / month depend on company calendar)) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–70,000THB About the company Products: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing; Business Type: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing;
