Product Specialist (Purchase, Interior/Furniture) (40K–60K) (SDG-104092) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ (จัดซื้อ ตกแต่งภายใน/เฟอร์นิเจอร์) <Job responsibilities> - Search and select the suppliers and products - Communicate with suppliers about the products and understand the detailed specifications - Negotiate with suppliers about the price, schedule or amount - Visit client site with sales staff for presentation If necessary - Update and brush up the company catalog or price lists - Analyze the sales/profit data of the products and understand the market trend - Communicate with Purchase department about the cost/profit - Communicate with Product Design department about the new OEM products - Solve the issue related installation with operation team - Give Training about the products to the sales staff - Prepare necessary documents for Training, internal meeting or sales activity - Manage the accessories related to products such as adhesive, caulking material or sewing etc. - Report to Manager about Product analysis monthly/quarterly /annually - Other tasks as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ค้นหาและเลือกซัพพลายเออร์และผลิตภัณฑ์ - สื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และทำความเข้าใจข้อกำหนดโดยละเอียด - เจรจากับซัพพลายเออร์เกี่ยวกับราคา กำหนดการ หรือจำนวน - เข้าพบไซต์ลูกค้าพร้อมกับพนักงานขายเพื่อนำเสนอหากจำเป็น - อัปเดตและจัดทำแค็ตตาล็อกบริษัทหรือรายการราคา - วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลยอดขาย/กำไรของผลิตภัณฑ์และทำความเข้าใจแนวโน้มของตลาด - สื่อสารกับแผนกจัดซื้อเกี่ยวกับต้นทุน/กำไร - สื่อสารกับแผนกออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ OEM ใหม่ - แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการติดตั้งกับทีมงานปฏิบัติการ - อบรมเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับพนักงานขาย - จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็นสำหรับการฝึกอบรม การประชุมภายใน หรือกิจกรรมการขาย - จัดการอุปกรณ์เสริมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ เช่น กาว วัสดุอุดรอยรั่ว หรือการเย็บ เป็นต้น - รายงานต่อผู้จัดการเกี่ยวกับการวิเคราะห์ผลิตภัณฑ์รายเดือน/รายไตรมาส/รายปี - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
