Project Manager (Hotel Chain, Real Estate Development) (100K-150K) (SDG-40782)
<Job Responsibilities>
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Assists in the development and lease of real property and facilities, including coordinating property management, alterations, inspections and tenant activities.
Serves on multi-department teams developing business strategies concerning property and facilities.
Maintain and build relationships with client by providing competitive and accurate bids, delivering great service and innovative solutions.
Main point of contact between landlords, tenants and contractors
Arrange and attend property inspections
Request, review, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes/pricing and negotiate pricing when applicable.
Develop and maintain relationship with vendors and suppliers.
Manage construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; authorizing payroll, identifying variances; evaluating, and negotiating change orders.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 38-45 years old
Bachelor's degree
4 years’ work experiences in hotel or real estate property management
Experience of Project Management and Construction in Real Estate Development or Property Development
Knowledge in business development and have direct experience in dealing with hotel chain or hotel brand
Knowledge in Hotel chain
Ability to develop, evaluate and present real estate plans and proposals.
Experience managing projects of different sizes from start to finish
Good command in verbal and written English for business conversation
