Business Development (35K-50K) (SDG-35987) <Job Responsibilities> To conduct business development or marketing research for the development of residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on To make feasibility study of real estate development business including residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on To conduct overall market research related to real estate development business To develop business strategy, scheme, and model for the new business and project, and to verify the feasibility of them To collaborate with JV partner and related team to do real estate development business To support the executives for any kinds of requested tasks Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 27-35 years old Bachelor degree in Architecture, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Strategy or any related fields. At least 5 years of working experience in construction industry. Good understanding about feasibility study in real estate business Good command of English, strong communication skills PC skills - Outlook/MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point More than 2 years of working experience in each company Personality: Strong sense of responsibility, Supportive and flexible, Open to learn the new knowledge and skills, Interested in various tasks <Preferable Skill / Experience> Working experience in real estate industry Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area BTS Phrom Phong, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-17:40 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 35,000–50,000THB About the company Products: The Residential Development Business, Leasing Business, Investment Management Business, Property, Brokerage & CRE Business, Property & Facility Management Business, and Other Business.
