Marketing Communication Manager (50K–100K) (SDG-102077) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายสื่อสารการตลาด <Job responsibilities> - Take care of the brand image of the Snack business group both online / offline by coordinating both inside and outside the organization. - Participate in creating communication channels and planning marketing strategies according to assigned channels and implementing them throughout the year. - Maintain the image of Instagram, Line@, Twitter, or Facebook on behalf of the company. Publish new content and news related to that business daily to increase customer encouragement. - Plan the release of new products (NPD) together with the R&D team according to the planned plan. - Track and analyze Market trends, consumer insights, and competitor movements, and present ideas to supervisors. - Coordinate with external companies to create awareness, including Co-Promotion and various Co-campaigns. - Analyze and plan marketing activities effectively - Anticipated growth of marketing campaigns - Set time and budget, as well as develop and review project and campaign ideas regularly. - Study the Market regularly to Maintain good relations with business partners, collect insights and competitor movements to analyze and plan strategies. - Other tasks as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ดูแลภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์ของกลุ่มธุรกิจ Snack ทั้งออนไลน์ / ออฟไลน์ โดยประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร - มีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างช่องทางการสื่อสารและวางแผนกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดตามช่องทางที่ได้รับมอบหมายและนำไปปฏิบัติตลอดทั้งปี - ดูแลภาพลักษณ์ของ Instagram, Line@, Twitter หรือ Facebook ในนามของบริษัท เผยแพร่เนื้อหาและข่าวสารใหม่ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจนั้นทุกวันเพื่อเพิ่มกำลังใจให้กับลูกค้า - วางแผนการออกผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ (NPD) ร่วมกับทีมงาน R&D ตามแผนที่วางไว้ - ติดตามและวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มของตลาด ข้อมูลเชิงลึกของผู้บริโภค และการเคลื่อนไหวของคู่แข่ง และนำเสนอแนวคิดต่อหัวหน้างาน - ประสานงานกับบริษัทภายนอกเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้ทั้ง Co-Promotion และ Co-campaigns ต่างๆ - วิเคราะห์และวางแผนกิจกรรมทางการตลาดอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ - การเติบโตของแคมเปญการตลาดที่คาดการณ์ไว้ - กำหนดเวลาและงบประมาณ ตลอดจนพัฒนาและทบทวนแนวคิดโครงการและแคมเปญอย่างสม่ำเสมอ - ศึกษาตลาดอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับคู่ค้า รวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงลึกและความเคลื่อนไหวของคู่แข่งเพื่อวิเคราะห์และวางแผนกลยุทธ์ - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
