Key Account Executive - Electronics (Japanese Speaking) (40K-67K) (SDG-28413)
<Job Responsibilities>
Manage the sales development (30%) in the local territory within the scope of the business plan
Responsible for the implementation of business plan for the specified market’s with main focus in Thailand
Responsible in Electronics/OAA markets respectively on a direct basis or via distribution channels
Plan the budget for his/her territory and checks for compliance. The incumbent prepares the sales plan on the basis of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) including a customer planning for each particular customer/segment and a concept for further market development
Execute market and sales strategy for designated market segment to ensure better market coverage/penetration geared at profitable growth
Prospect, identify and generate profitable sales for the organization within the defined market
Work together with borderless business support personnel to achieve borderless business objective
Perform consultative selling to customers and have an in-depth knowledge of the market wants, needs and supply chain in order to keep abreast of the market condition at all times
Manage sales activities in business via customer management on a direct user basis or via distributors

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 27-32 years
At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales of the spared parts in Electronics
(Smartphone, semiconductor) industry
Business level both of English and Japanese for communicating with clients effectively
Flexible for business oversea traveling 3-4 times per year (China/Japan/Korean)
Having own car and driving license
Good personality, proactive and sales oriented

English: Conversational level
Japanese: Business level
