Operation Manager (40K-50K) (SDG-28259)
<Job Responsibilities>
Maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
Supervising and controlling the Operations team in all functions of freight forwarding, booking, transportation, documents preparation, Customs clearance.
Coordinating & communicating with clients, overseas agents, carriers, suppliers or subcontractors regarding shipment status.
Monitoring works progress and ensuring the operations meet timelines and expected standards.
Implementing, training and coaching for staff on work procedures/work instructions relating.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 35 – 45 years old
Bachelor's degree
Experience minimum 5 years in Freight Forwarding, Import-Export and Customs Clearance.
Strong knowledge in HS Code
Have managing skills with subordinates
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficiency computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
