Job Description

Office Manager (Japanese Speaking) @Rayong (50K-80K) (SDG-25909)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Have a meeting with Japanese MD to understand company strategy and make direction of each functions
 Manage and overview the progress of each tasks below. There is staff to take care below operations, manager needs to monitor and manage it.
 BOI related documentation and application
 HRM task such as payroll contracts, company law, employment registration, labor law, health and safety legislation, working conditions, recruiting, reviewing welfare and company policies
 HRD task such as planning staff development & training within planned budget
 GA task such as applying work permit/ VISA for Japanese staff
 Purchasing task such as negotiating price, manage delivery schedule
 Accounting task such as managing cash flow, financial reports and respond to audit
 Making reports which is required by MD or Japan HQ
 Coordinate with Japan HQ regarding Accounting, HR&GA, Purchasing and BOI tasks



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 35-50 years
 Bachelor degree
 Business Level of Japanese (N2 level)
 Have 5 years working experience in HR & GA before
 Have 2 years working experience as management to manage team before
 High responsibility

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Used to work in new set up company or small size company
 Strong knowledge of accounting, finance or audit will be high advantage
 Good command of English

Languages skills
English: Basic level
Japanese: Business level


Workplace Area: Amata City, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Saturday Working: 2 times/month)
