Sales Manager (EPC) (50K-100K) (SDG-21767)
<Job Responsibilities>
To achieve Department Booking Target and Sales Target
Maintaining & promoting Customer Satisfaction
Developing sales strategy in order to retain a competitiveness in the market
Approaching new potential customers and distributors
Managing sales team in terms of team performance and individual KPI
Launching sales activity to promote products & services (e.g. industrial product, field instrument, control valve, DCS)
Participating in manager meeting (fortnightly) and report sales performance of team to top management
Continually learning new launched products and educating to sales team
Cooperative in activity of any Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015, ISO/IEC 17025)
Workplace Area: MRT Phra Ram 9, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, male/female, 33-40 years
Bachelor's degree
Direct experience in EPC (Engineering procurement and construction) is strongly required
At least 5-7 years of sales experience in automation & control, field instrument, industrial product
Having competency in Sales & Profitability Management, Planning & Organizing skills
Good presentation in English
Management Skill is strongly required
Strong innovative and achievement-oriented people
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in Advanced Automation
