Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Collaborate with users to gather and analyze system requirements, design solutions, conduct testing, and plan user training for efficient system usage.
- Communicate and coordinate between users, Japanese teams, and vendors to ensure mutual understanding of both business and technical perspectives.
- Support project management activities, including tracking schedules, coordinating within teams, and proactively solving problems.
- Provide system maintenance and support (MA : Maintenance Agreement) together with the Japanese team to ensure system stability and reliability for operational use.
- Engage in team activities that focus on both the big picture and detailed tasks, suitable for candidates who want to learn, grow, and contribute beyond standard roles.
Remark:
- After joining, you will receive hands-on training covering the customer journey, system functionality, and work processes, with close mentorship until independent operation.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in system development are welcome.
- At least 1 year in Business Analyst, System Analyst or System Development
- Conversational High level in Japanese (N1 or N2 is a must) and can be a good communicator with Japanese
- Interest in IT field, with a willingness to learn new things and be patient
- Enjoy working with documents
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT
- Experience in IT support, BA (Business Analyst), or related fields in financial systems.
- Knowledge or experience in system development, particularly website or application development.
- Working experience in Japan or Japanese companies.
- Ability to join immediately.

- We do not require direct experience in system development or maintenance. A strong interest in structured thinking and willingness to learn is valued.
