SVP - Department Head (Senior Banking) (140K-230K) (SDG-28681)
<Job Responsibilities>
Revenue Generation: 
	Strategic planning for cross-selling and plus-selling; 
	Meeting with key account
	Encourage and promote team
Customer Relation: 
	Enhancing the customer relationship 
	Anchoring brand awareness and customer loyalty
Account Planning:
	Responsible in strategic business planning for growth business
	Monitor and control constant business volume and enhance profitability 
	Professionally plan and set strategy to improve portfolio 
Credit and Non-credit Process:
	Ensure the correctness of credit line set up
	Review BIR
	Review memos and reports as required
	Review and ensure the correctness and the completion of Term Sheet and  CA Facility Sheet 
	Review historical CV and revenue from bank and subsidiaries
	Other tasks as relevant 
Product/Marketing Planning:
	Work closely with product partner
	Provide voice of customer to improve marketing
Compliance and Audit:
	Ensure that all audit issues are met the standard criteria and comply with the Bank policy and procedure
	Ensure that credit- related losses are within stipulated risk appetite levels
	Ensure that business key control systems comply with Bank of Thailand
	Establish and maintain internal control system
People Management:
	Supervise, monitor, mentor and coaching the subordinate to improve performance
	Appraise staff through the performance evaluation process 
	Other tasks as relevant

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-48 years old
	Bachelor or Master's Degree in Banking, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related fields
	More than 10 years of experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking Businesses
	Good credit and strong financial knowledge
	Pleasant personality and positive/strategic thinking 
	Be able to work under pressure
