Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Work with company distributor to achieve assigned sales targets and work.
• Serve as primary customer contact during sales cycle including sales and basic technical consultant, product knowledge, proposals, deal closing and sales terms negotiations
• Responsible for marketing activities, action plan and execute the plans with reseller in assigned products/industries/territories (inbound activities, advertisement, seminar, exhibition.)
• Providing database of market/industries/territories intelligence information.
• Resellers management (Sales activity, investment, training and other activity to manage reseller)
• New business unit business development with company partner(distributor)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering, or another degree in a science/technology field.
• More than five years of experience in Business Development in sensing products/measurement instrument products from color, coating, plastics, automotive, or related industries with technical color knowledge.
• Experienced working with distributors.
• Good selling and presentation skills.
• Conversational high level in English for communicating with clients and overseas business trips as assigned.
• Own a car with a driving license.
• Able to travel (oversea & domestic)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
• Conversational high level in Japanese
