Sales (JP/Real Estate Brokerage) (New Graduate) (25K–35K) (SDG-62450) ฝ่ายขาย (JP/นายหน้าอสังหาริมทรัพย์) <Job Responsibilities> - Work outline : Real Estate coordination between Japanese customers and Thai Owners - Visit existing customer with Japanese MD and maintain good relationship with customer - Coordinate between Japanese customers and Thai owners - Support and Take care of Japanese customer to visit Apartments or Offices - Take care inquiry related real estate from Japanese customer - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Female 22 – 29 years old - Bachelor’s Degree in any related filed - Fresh graduate with good Japanese skill and hospitality is welcome - Service mind and can work flexibly - Business level of Japanese(can write e-mail and talk with Japanese customer) - Able to work on Saturday (company will provide 2 days holiday per week, Sunday and another weekday depends on shift) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - None Languages skills English: Basic Level Japanese: Business Level Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Sat(2days holiday/week,Sun & another weekday) ) About the Benefits Salary: 25,000–35,000THB About the company Products: Service Apartment/Office Brokerage Business Type: Real Estate (Development, Management, Brokerage);
