Job Description

<Job Objective>
- Present and sell the company's products and services to current and potential clients

<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned 
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up 
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals 
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
- Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
- Responsible for providing quarterly and annual sales reports to the management 
- Follow-up for the collection of payment 
- Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services, in coordination with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs agents
- Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any major related
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative (B2B) in the Machine, Automotive or Electronic industry
- Have a driver's license [company's car is provided]
- Conversational Middle level in English (for making the document)

<Detail>
- Ability to communicate smoothly with key accounts/customers

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in selling Spring/Fabricated Metal products
