<Job Responsibilities> 1. Customer & Sales Coordination - Communicate with customers and agents. - Support and be responsible for assigned customers - Prepare sales documents, including sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices. - Handle all sales routine jobs and correspondence with customers and factories. 2. Sample & Document Handling - Send samples and manage the sample room. - Responsible for sending samples to customers. - Issue all sales documents to the factory and the concerned departments. - File and manage sales documentation. 3. Reporting & Invoices - Print weekly reports. - Prepare Greige Movement Reports (twice a week). - Check all export shipping invoices. 4. Order & Delivery Management - Control and follow up on orders and deliveries. 5. Other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, International Business, or any related field - At least 1 year of experience in Sales Support in any manufacturing - Conversational High in English (Communication with international clients regarding documentation) - Experience in sales documents such as sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, as most reports are prepared using Excel - Willing to learn ISO 9001 : 2000 , ISO 14001 : 2004 - Able to commute to the factory in Bangpoo, Samut Prakan (around 2 times per week) <In Details> - Quick Response - Active & Positive Mind - Good & Nice Personality as well as Good Relationship with others <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Own car and driving licence for commuting to the factory in Samut Prakarn - Lives close to a BTS/MRT station for convenient commuting - Experience in sales support in export and overseas parts - Experience in a Japanese company - Experience in the Textile industry
