Sales Manager – Warehouse & Distribution Management Service (70K–120K) (SDG-118614) <Job responsibilities> - Responsible for Sales activities, including pipelines, revenue, and profit. - Proposal creation and presentation to new customers 100% - Main person responsible for RFQ bidding calculation and analysis information/data with the sales team when the RFQ is received from the customer - Develop and execute Sales strategies for the warehouse storage and distribution services to meet Sales objectives - Present our warehousing services and take care of basic warehouse calculations. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of the solutions design process through participating in process review meetings and proactively offering suggestions on other operational processes or operating tools - Evaluate technical solutions, commercial impact, and risks - Conduct regular Sales meetings/calls and visit/Support customers where appropriate. Provide activity reports and updates. - Lead and manage a team of Sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and Support to achieve Sales targets. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field - At least 5 years of experience in a sales warehouse solution - At least 2 years of experience at the management level and managing subordinates - Basic understanding of Logistics contracts (3PL) - Have Experience working with freight forwarding - Conversational high of English [used in communication with overseas customers and Singapore manager director] - Strong Skills in MS Office, specifically Excel & PowerPoint, and Google Workspace - knowledge of Logistics/transportation industry trends and competitors. - Ability to successfully communicate At all company levels and across multiple cultures with transparency that cultivates trust and action. - Strong organizational, analytical, Problem-Solving Skills, and presentation skills. - Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
