<Job Responsibilities>
- Focus on Business Development and follow up about Business Development process.
- Lead the sales team to achieve all targets together and retain good relationships with existing client accounts while surveying and monitoring industry and client trends as finding new opportunities
- Summarize and report sales target, Change, or issue that occurred and may affect the target
- Prefer to work as a teamwork and motivate team members to achieve the individual and team target
- Work closely with relevant parties to seek and secure new sales opportunities
- Review, validate, and approve document from team members
Good personality and have logical thinking.
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 5 years as B2B sales/ B2B Business Development (Service or Tangible (Any field)
- Being Manager who manage subordinates at least 5 persons
- Experience in Business Development/ Find new clients
- Experience in Bidding Sales
- Proven experiences and achievement
- Conversational High to Business level of English (Communicate with both internal and clients)

- Have analysis skill and logical thinking
- Leadership and able to coach team member
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and achieve Sales Target/KPI
- Strong passion in Sales and highly driven to achieve target both self and team target

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Background in Leasing (resigned over 2 years) or Automotive related field
- Driving License
