Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop new products/ new businesses from scratch. - To execute tasks related to sales and documentation i.e., import and export documentation, raw material supply and sourcing, and tasks related to FDA regulations etc. - To provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and coordinate with related parties to ensure customer satisfaction i.e., claims, quality issues, inquiries, etc. - To report accurately on sales & purchases, inventory, and payment status, and maintain up-to-date records i.e., Past due & Overdue, Inventory, and Long/Short Position Management Report etc. - To complete application and registration processes through the company's internal systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. - Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experiences > - Bachelor's degree in any major related - At least 3 years of work experience as a Sales Executive or Business Development in the Food business - Have experience with FDA registration - Conversational high level in English (Coordinate with customers and documents) - Have basic IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). <Personality> - Having problem-solving skills, hardworking, and creative & positive attitude, challenging for new learning & new business. - Accuracy, Flexibility, and Punctuality. The challenge in developing new things. - Fast learning and adaptability to the assignment and other tasks <Preferable Skill / Experience> - TOEIC score 730 up - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry major - Knowledge of trading (Import/Export), logistics, and inventory management skills
