<Job Responsibilities>
- Hold weekly meetings to support sales and delivery management
- Handling delivery management and data to place order to suppliers and managing the delivery to customers.
- Adjust and negotiate with supplier and customer about delivery schedule
- Support sales and marketing activities with suppliers
- Maintain and expand customer base; build and maintain rapport with key customers; identify and develop new customer opportunities.
- Visiting customers and communicating with customers about their production plan, demand, delivery and promoting the product on our line.
- Communicating with affiliates in Japan to share transferred business information.
- Other related tasks as required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 1 years as a sales assistant (such as demand management, inventory control, and delivery control)
- Conversational high in Japanese JLPT N2 (Supplier and Customer Japanese company. Requests can be communicated in the Japanese language)
- Conversational middle in English (Internal and communication with client via call, email including provide the document)
- Microsoft Excel , Word , PowerPoint, and Outlook (V-lookup and Pivot
<Detail>
- Strong service, good attitude, consulting, and customer orientation
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Work experience with electronic parts, it will be special consideration.
