Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Maintain relations with existing clients 50% and new clients 50% - Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and GP within a specific time in KPI - Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients - Have knowledge and understanding of interior decoration or interior design - Skilled in understanding client needs and preferences through comprehensive consultations, tailoring design solutions accordingly. - Provide brief to the sales support team, design team, and construction team for making quotations and presentations - Request and confirm the delivery schedule between the sales support team and the customer - First-hand gathering of claim information from customers and brief sales support to complete the claim process - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction - Act as a project leader to lead other departments to complete the project - Coordinate with the accounting department to follow up on the collection of payment in case of overdue payment - Participate in marketing events such as seminars and seasonal greetings. - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree from any field - At least 3 years of sales experience as B2B - Conversational high - Business level of Japanese to speak with Japanese customers(N2 up) - Conversational middle level of English (For writing emails and documents) - Strong interest in Interior - Able to visit clients (2-3 times/week or more, depending on the situation), car and driver provided <In detail> - Be aggressive and goal-oriented - Attractive and ambitious to achieve the target - Strong communication and organization skills - Fast learning, patient, good attitude and can work under pressure <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field - At least 2 years of sales, Interior or Sales project experience inan Office Building - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design - Can join ASAP
