Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Achieve sale budget base on assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow OEM accounts and increase market share.
- Identify and approach potential OEM clients to promote product offerings.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key OEM customers.
- Understand technical requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
- Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to network and promote the company.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in coordination with relevant departments.
- Track competitor activities and recommend improvements or innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Other as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3 years of experience in OEM sales or B2B industrial sales in automotive parts, machinery, electronics field
- Conversational High level in English (for documents and communication with Japanese report line, customers etc.)
- Have own car and driving license for business purpose
- Willing to travel as needed, Both comfort working at office and visiting client in upcountry
- Good communication and negotiation skill, Can work under high pressure, Logical thinking and good problem solving skill
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Business related field
- Experience in OEM Sales, Automotive part industry
- Strong understanding of OEM procurement processes and technical product specifications.
