<Job Responsibilities >
- Launch and manage new model projects for customers.
- Participate in meetings with the company to support sales activities, such as studying the stamping process, sharing improvement ideas based on forming simulation results.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, covering stamping and die processes.
- Create die specifications for ordering new dies.
- Review and verify die layout and die drawings.
- Collaborate and exchange ideas with die makers.
- Manage project timelines to ensure achievement of milestones and report progress to top management.
- Oversee die maker's performance to meet schedule targets
- Follow up on die improvements based on assembly feedback and customer reviews
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Tool and Die engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in press, stamping, or mold engineering in the manufacturing industry
- Have knowledge and experience in forming, stamping, and die making.
- Conversational middle of English (Documents)
- Have knowledge of 2D/3D programs (Auto CAD/CAD Master and CATIA program), AutoForm/ J Stamp
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience in the automotive industry
- Have experience in customer contacting-Automotive OEM
