Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - 2D and 3D design molds of new model. - Support the mold room in solving / improvement of fabrication process issues - Involve in technical discussion/mold layout review and input for improvement - Manage with design, programming and mold production regarding new project - Do Failure Analysis on customer feedback issues, and provides the short term and long term - Download/ Control of Product Dwg, ECO, EN, DFM& QGF documents for Design, QA - Issue Test Lot Information to engineering evaluation for process Improvement/ development. - Review and summary report of new model production and qualify tooling for meet quality - Coordinate with Mold Fabrication Process such as CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, Assembly and Report to Department Manager - Production meeting & follow up production progress - Improve the Product Quality and Achieve Quality Target - Communication and solve the problem about quality issue to concern persons - Knows the customer's expectations and mold actions to meet them. - Quality awareness and utilization of quality systems for ensuring that the products meet customer specification standards. Educate and monitor subordinates to handle RBA requirements, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and Energy management policy. - Performs related work as required. - Follow Up company rules & regulation.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Science or any related field - At least 5 years in Mold Design in Hard Disk Drive, Electronic, Plastic Injection, Motor Business - UG NX Design or GstarCAD. - Conversation Middle in English (Communication by email and sommunicate with Japanese Management) <Personality> - Position requires a matured professional with strong leadership quality with pleasing personality - Good Presentation - Teamwork and matured professional with strong leadership quality with pleasing personality - Excellent personal skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - From HDD manufacturing companies - From electronics manufacturing companies - Working experience in Japanese company
