Mold Assistant Manager (Die Casting) (40K–60K) (SDG-94105) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแม่พิมพ์ (Die Casting) <Job Responsibilities> - Overall Control of Mold Fabrication Process such as CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, - - - Assembly and Report to Department Manager - Set and Achieve Department KPI and Employees’s KPI - Monitoring and Achieve Production Target & Sale Target - Production meeting & follow up production progress - Propose action to improve Quality System - Improve the Product Quality and Achieve Quality Target - Communication and solve the problem about quality issue to concern persons - Manage all subordinate to perform quality standard - Communication with customer for order / sales / delivery / quality and follow up to maximize customer satisfaction - Attend the meeting / conference with customers to settle quality issue - Monitoring the document control (Manual, Procedure, WI, Control Plan) - Monitoring Internal Audit, Third Party Audit, Customer Audit, Supplier Audit - Supplier control to secure capacity and quality - Budget and Expense Control - Cost Reduction in Mold Department and Cost Negotiation with supplier - Provide Education to improve skill of Engineer & Technician <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male , age 38 - 48 years old - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering, Science or any related field - At least 5 years in Die Casting / Mold Fabrication / New Mold Making - Experience in CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, Assembly - Team working and Excellent command on verbal and written communication in English - Professional with strong leadership quality with pleasing personality - Excellent personal skills - Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing. <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - From electronics manufacturing companies - Bachelor degree in engineering or related - Working experience in Japanese company Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Saraburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Saturday (depends on company's calendar)) About the Benefits 40,000–60,000THB About the company Product & Service: HDD base plate manufacturers, Automotive Components, etc. Business Type: Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components
