<Job Responsibilities>
Daily management of sales and marketing team
Ownership of the commercial P&L for Thailand
Manage and drive relationship with local distributor team and key accounts in order to obtain local buy in and support of the portfolio
Establish, implement and track aggressive, highly competitive, proactive and reactive, short and long- range distribution plans, commercial strategies and tactics in support of identified strategic imperatives
Collaborate with the regional team, business and other functional heads to articulate the local commercial strategy. This process will involve rigorous prioritization and planning to ensure that the regional commercial, marketing & activation team provides adequate support to the local distributor
Understand portfolio of brands, products and solutions and how to position them in Thailand
Leads distributor teams to use the commercial excellence framework to drive and measure business growth and make adjustments accordingly
Manage a local distributor team to continuously work in strategic alignment of the local big bets & regional strategic imperatives
Develop the distributor team into a high performance, best in class organization that exemplifies commercial excellence, strong leadership and first class execution
Launch new product on Thailand market

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 40 – 55 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent commercial and business leadership experience in the dental industry
5-7 years’ experience in distributor management & working with cross-functional teams, achieving goals on-time and with limited resources
Proven track record for cultivating strong relationships with key external & internal partners that have resulted in strong distribution & sales growth
Demonstrated ability to define and successfully deliver complex projects with superior results - from business case development, negotiations through deployment
Ability to deal with ambiguous problems and build solutions with proper project management
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects
Business level of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Excellent commercial and business leadership experience in digital dentistry or imaging
