Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate with the suppliers and follow up on the orders - Acknowledge all the shipment statuses and shipping documents. - Prepare and check the shipping document and Sales Documents. - Check and control finished goods status before loading or delivery. - Coordinate with freight forwarder and Inspection company to complete shipment on time. - Coordinate for Export Shipment process and Local delivery. - Coordinate properly with local transportation company to arrange delivery as requested. - Support Purchase Request and Product Development Department - Follow up on import shipment and process customs clearance. - Control and manage the Logistic Department Equipment. - Prepare sales reports for forecast, monthly, and yearly actual weight and quantity sold. - Other tasks assigned by the General Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or other related fields - At least 3 years of experience in general Logistics (Import-export) in any industry - At least 1 year of experience in management or managing subordinates - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with the Japanese President and the parent company in Japan) - Experience in shipping documents, Sales Coordinator, or Customer Service - Proficient in using MS Office for reporting and documents <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Able to Join in the Middle of June and begin of July
