Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, partners and stakeholders. - Translate, interpret and communicate business-related documents and discussions between Japanese and Thai/English languages. - Support the Japanese team in daily operations, providing necessary information and updates in Japanese. - Coordinate with both Japanese and local teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. - Organize meetings, create agendas, and ensure accurate and timely follow-up on project-related tasks. - Assist in facilitating smooth communication and resolving any issues between teams from different cultural backgrounds. - Draft and translate official documents, emails, and reports from Japanese to Thai/English and vice versa. - Prepare and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper archiving. - Act as a cultural bridge to ensure mutual understanding between Japanese clients/partners and local teams. - Handle administrative tasks as needed such as scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements and assisting with general office operations.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or coordination role in any industry - Handle projects, coordinate and assist for variety of tasks with Japanese people - Conversational High to Business level in Japanese language with JLPT N1, N2 certification. - Conversational High level in English language (documents work, translation, email etc.) - Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to priorities and multitask effectively. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office productivity tools. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Early join or immediately join candidate - Experience in retail or storefront or FMCG business such as Fashion - Experience from Japanese business environment. - Knowledge of business and management principles and practices - Positive attitude and excellent time management skills. - Familiarity with Japanese business etiquette and manners
