IT Manager
(60K – 70K) (SDG-60026)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายไอที
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and control IT team 2sites (at Pracheanburi and Patumthani)
• Control ERP operation
• Support EXPLANNER (Main system) and SAP
• Support new application implement
• Solve issue of application system and all of system also finding new solution for support current system
• Control document and making report
• Implement new Solution
• Provide and support training from user request and cooperate with company management also advise top management for new technology
• To consult and Implement new system
• To check and monitoring data in the system
• To plan and control IT budget
• To cooperate with MSI to push IT system compliant with MSI policy
• To control IT procedure and asset
• To make and plan IT strategy
• To manage and control IT stock
• Report to division manager
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-45 years
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information System or related field.
• Working experience at least 5 years in Information Technology in or related filed in manufacturing industry (Big scale)
• Management experience at least 2 years in Information Technology in or related filed.
• Experience in EXPLANNER support and IT project support
• Advance conversation middle in English (Email, reading, writing)
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Control IT to compliant with J-SOX (If any)
• Implement SAP Hana is preferable

Workplace Area: Klongnueng, Klongluan Patumthani
Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Mon-Fri *Saturday Working: (average once per month ( Depends on company's calendar) / 260 working day)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•บริหารและควบคุมทีมไอที 2 ไซต์ (ที่ปราจีนบุรีและปทุมธานี)
•ควบคุมการทำงานของ ERP
•รองรับ EXPLANNER (ระบบหลัก) และ SAP
•รองรับการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นใหม่
•แก้ไขปัญหาของระบบแอปพลิเคชันและระบบทั้งหมดยังหาโซลูชันใหม่สำหรับรองรับระบบปัจจุบัน
•ควบคุมเอกสารและจัดทำรายงาน
•ใช้โซลูชันใหม่
•จัดให้มีและสนับสนุนการฝึกอบรมจากคำขอของผู้ใช้และร่วมมือกับฝ่ายบริหารของ บริษัท และให้คำแนะนำผู้บริหารระดับสูงสำหรับเทคโนโลยีใหม่
•ให้คำปรึกษาและติดตั้งระบบใหม่
•ในการตรวจสอบและติดตามข้อมูลในระบบ
•วางแผนและควบคุมงบประมาณด้านไอที
•ร่วมมือกับ MSI เพื่อผลักดันระบบไอทีให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของ MSI
•เพื่อควบคุมขั้นตอนไอทีและทรัพย์สิน
•จัดทำและวางแผนกลยุทธ์ด้านไอที
•ในการจัดการและควบคุมสต็อกไอที
•รายงานต่อผู้จัดการแผนก
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 30-45 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในหรือที่เกี่ยวข้องยื่นในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (Big scale)
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์ในการสนับสนุน EXPLANNER และการสนับสนุนโครงการด้านไอที
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (อีเมล ,การอ่าน ,การเขียน)
•ทักษะการทำงานหลายอย่างและการจัดการเวลาพร้อมความสามารถในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงาน
•มีการจัดระเบียบสูงและเน้นรายละเอียด
•ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่ยอดเยี่ยม
•ควบคุมไอทีให้สอดคล้องกับ J-SOX (ถ้ามี)
•ติดตั้ง SAP Hana เป็นที่ต้องการ
