HR Manager (80K–95K) (SDG-94256)

<Job Responsibilities>
• Effective Recruitment System
- Identifies various sources of recruitment by keeping abreast of current hiring trends and practices
- Supervises the development of a database of candidates.
-  Sets up policies and procedures to facilitate recruitment processes and new systems for improving current practices
- Conducts interviews and designates operations 

• Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Administers the monthly payroll to employees.
- Coordinates with government institutions related to hiring, employee benefits and other HR-related matters in compliance with Thailand government law.

• Effective Employee Relations and Grievances Machinery
-  Enforces the company’s code on employee discipline by issuing sanctions after due process has been observed to employees 
- Conducts employee counseling to reinforce the required 
behavior.

• Organizational Development Initiatives
- Recommends and designs the necessary programs

• Ensures timely compliance/submission of Performance Appraisal & Ratings of Employees.

• Administers and monitors the organization’s Training and Development Systems and Structures for soft skills to ensure that individuals possess the competencies required of their work roles.

• Recommends the necessary interventions (teambuilding, third person intervention, and counseling) to improve working relationships.

• Effective General Support Services
- Supervises building and facilities maintenance, mesenterial, reception, copying, janitorial and security services
- Monitors cleanliness and orderliness of department work area 

• Admin
- Assists in the procurement of supplies and preparing the Purchase Request and Purchase Order Forms and validating the quality of the item
- Handles the travels of executives and staff.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 47 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 5++ years’ working experience in Human Resource Management/ Administrative Services
- 3++ years of which in a supervisory capacity.
- Knowledge in HRM, Payroll, Labour Law, Visa/Work Permit (using outsources), and/or Training programs
- Experiences in any products or working industry are welcome
- Good command in English to communicate with foreigners in the company

Workplace Area:  The opposite side of The Nine Center, Rama 9
Working Hour:  10:00-19:00(Mon-Fri, around end of June, the company location will be 
relocated to SKYY9 CENTRE Building, behind Fortune Town, MRT Rama 9, the working hour will be changed to 9.00-18.00. Work in Office 100%.)
