HR Assistant Manager to Manager (Manufacturing) at Trat (40K–60K) (SDG-63788)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Be responsible in both HRM and HRD function
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment program for daily and permanent employees
- Oversee payroll and compensation & benefits scheme
- Keep up-to-date of company and employee latest regulations, contact to authorities and submit the reports in timely basis
- Manage and implement employee relations program to maintain the employee satisfaction across the organization
- Manage the training and succession programs internally
- Other related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 35 – 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- More than 5 years of working experiences in Human Resources function in manufacturing industry (any manufacturing)
- Balance level of HRM and HRD
- Ability to work with a number of employees (around 250 people)
- Good command of verbal and written in English (to use with documents and communicate with overseas management team)
- Willing to work in Trad manufacturing
- No labour union experiences required
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experiences in Food manufacturing

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบทั้ง HRM และ HRD function
- ดำเนินการโครงการสรรหาบุคลากรแบบ end-to-end สำหรับพนักงานรายวันและถาวร
- ดูแลระบบการจ่ายเงินเดือนและค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ
- ติดตามข่าวสารล่าสุดเกี่ยวกับกฎระเบียบของบริษัทและพนักงาน ติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ และส่งรายงานตามกำหนดเวลา
- บริหารจัดการและดำเนินโครงการพนักงานสัมพันธ์เพื่อรักษาความพึงพอใจของพนักงานทั่วทั้งองค์กร
- จัดการโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมและการสืบทอดตำแหน่งภายใน
- งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 35 – 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตมากกว่า 5 ปี (การผลิตทุกประเภท)
- ระดับความสมดุลของ HRM และ HRD
- ความสามารถในการทำงานกับพนักงานจำนวนหนึ่ง (ประมาณ 250 คน)
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อใช้กับเอกสารและสื่อสารกับทีมผู้บริหารในต่างประเทศ)
-ยินดีทำงานโรงงานตราด
- ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์สหภาพแรงงาน
